Heartland Poker Tour, again

The Heartland Poker Tour made its way back out here to Blackhawk, CO. Of course, with Colorado gaming laws, we are unable to buy-in to the event, so you have to qualify. Its not too hard, top 20% of about 180+ field numrous times during the week. The 1st qualifier I played, I made it. I was in the Main Event!! Estimated buy-in, $1650. My buy-in, $340. I played really well, especially for the terrible structure the HPT is widely known about, and ultimately finished near 80th place out of approx field of 554. In the end, I lost with KK vs AA. See how things go this fall when it comes back with the new Colorado gaming laws in effect…
